The Center for Family Justice, Inc. is seeking sealed proposals from qualified firms able to work in the State of Connecticut to replace our existing Merlin Legend II phone system with a new VoIP Phone System.
The full RFP can be downloaded from this site starting on Thursday, September 17. A mandatory scheduled site visit is required in order to submit a proposal.

As of Tuesday, September 22, 2015 at 2:23 PM EST all interested bidders should be using RFP Addendum C and A for bidding purposes.
Any changes, additions, or clarification to the RFP will be made by written proposal addenda and can be downloaded on this site if one is available. It is each vendor’s responsibility to frequently check for any addenda and submit the addenda along with the original RFP.
