CFJ is proud to announce that its Director of Advocacy & MDT services, Kayte Cwikla-Masas, was recently inducted into Westfair Communication’s 2017 Class of “40 Under 40.”
Kayte was honored, along with 39 other dynamic and accomplished young professionals working in Fairfield County, for their leadership and achievements in an inspiring ceremony held last month at Stamford’s Silicon Harbor Development.
This year’s class of “40 Under 40” recipients were chosen from a field of more than 100 finalists and included entrepreneurs and professionals from the private and nonprofit sectors working in communities spanning from Bridgeport to Greenwich.
“It is an incredible honor to be recognized for the work I do on behalf of CFJ and our clients,” said Kayte. “I was also humbled to be included in such an impressive group of professionals.”
CFJ’s President & CEO Debra A. Greenwood noted that Kayte was nominated for this prestigious honor based on her dedication to CFJ’s mission of transforming victims into survivors. “Kayte is not only profoundly dedicated to our clients. She also pitches in in ways that go above and beyond her many demanding professional responsibilities,” said Greenwood. “Her commitment to CFJ is an inspiration to her team and our entire staff.”
In addition to her work forging strong alliances with law enforcement and other community partners on behalf of CFJ, Greenwood commended Kayte for her constant willingness to “go above and beyond” to support the agency. Kayte has competed on CFJ’s behalf in a Dancing with the Stars fundraiser and has worked on behalf of its annual Ride Against Child Abuse as well as its Golf Classic at Mill River Country Club.
