I am considering taking this training. What is the certification- accredited, or required follow up? Just wanted to know more about that. Also, is the training all 3 weeks via webinar? thank you!
Hi!
Sorry for the late reply. The next session for the certification is January 9, 2024.
Here is the link for more information:

The certification is retained by following up with 6 hours of training each year after the award of the certification.
Do you offer any discounted prices for College Students?
Hi Sasha,
While we don’t offer a discount for students, you can apply for scholarship funding for this course. Please reach out to Amanda Posila at aposila@centerforfamilyjustice.org and she can get you the information.
Hi,
So if I’m reading this correctly I can sign up for the webinar for Saturdays (only, because I work full-time) from Jan. 13 – 27, 2024, which means there’s a total of 3 classes from 10 AM – 3:30 PM? I’m not required to attend three days per week, correct?
Hi Whitney,
Thanks for reaching out. To get the certification, you do have to complete 40 hours of training. We understand that can be difficult for folks. Please reach out to Amanda Posila, our director of Prevention and Education, with any questions at aposila@centerforfamilyjustice.org.
I have a organization that help female victims escape their abusers by relocating them to another state to start a fresh new life for themselves. I think that this training for a certification for myself would be a great opportunity for me. Please view my website: krathouseofangels.org because I assist female victims across the United States. Thank you
Hi Karen. Thanks for reaching out. Please send any inquiries about signing up for this certification course to Amanda Posila at aposila@centerforfamilyjustice.org. Thank you!
